1 Book your consultation

Choose in-home (Bay Area) or virtual (California). New client visits are 90–120 minutes.

2 Personalized assessment

I'll evaluate latch and positioning, assess milk transfer, review your feeding history and help to troubleshoot any pain or difficulties.

3 Custom feeding plan + ongoing support

You'll leave with a written feeding plan tailored to your situation. Seven days of text and email follow-up are included with every visit.
